Ajmer is One of the most visited holy place of Rajasthan, the impregnable hill land is a proud city where you will get to see some beautiful structures. The most famous place here to visit is Dargah Sharif which is also known as the tomb of Khwaja-Muin-ud-din Chisti. You can pray for all your right and good wishes here. In the Indian peninsula he was the founder of Chistiya order. Khwaja-Muin-ud-din Chisti was a sufi saint who was from Persia. He devoted his entire life in helping the downtrodden and poor. the Mughal people were his greatest disciples.

It was a military base for the Mughals, when this place was not converted into a holy pilgrimage centre for the Muslims and Hindus. You will get the most famous perfume here 'Attar' that originated in Ajmer from the Mughal empress Nur Jahan use to cultivate roses in order to make the exotic perfume. As per history it is believed that the Mughal emperor Humayun constructed a shrine at this place after which the Nizams of the Hyderabad added a gate to it. The Mughal Emperor Akbar used to visit this place once in a year.

After visiting Dargah Sharif you will be heading towards Pushkar

Pushkar, another most visited holy place of Rajasthan and one of the oldest town and place of most famous world's only Brahma temple. It is the only place where you will find worshippers of Brahma. You can get the knowledge of indulge in the holiness with other worshipers at the land of Pushkar.
